All PILATES REFORMED classes are held at either our PILATES REFORMED studio on 410 Marcus Garvey or PILATES REFORMED II on 248 Patchen Ave. Socks are required for these classes. We offer rental socks for $2.

All STRONG classes are in our STRONG studio on 423 Marcus Garvey BLVD.

BEATS & BARRES, PILATES MAT & PILATES CHAIR classes are at our BEATS & BARRES studio on 304 Malcolm X BLVD. Socks are required for CHAIR classes.

PILATES MAT

Located in our Beats & Barres studio.

Just you, the mat and maybe a couple of toys. This is a traditional pilates class focusing on strengthening and stretching the core and stabilizer muscles. Great for any level of fitness, from those just starting since it is zero impact, to intense athletes as it targets muscles than can get overlooked and injured during large or high impact movement. *NO SHOES REQUIRED*

PILATES REFORMED: FUNDAMENTALS

Located in our Pilates Reformed studio.

Back to the basics. In this class we focus on the pilates principles on each of the apparatus, keeping the moves simple yet challenging. This class is great for beginners and those dealing with injuries.

PILATES REFORMED: JUMP

Located in our Pilates Reformed studio.

This class in jumpin’ jumpin’. We whip out the reformer’s jumpboard for this cardio focused class. The arms, legs, and butt will be on fire, but in pilates we never forget to work the middle, so you core will be feeling the burn.

This is an advanced class and requires 15 Pilates Reformed classes & studio approval. Not recommended for those with knee or hip injuries. You can email info@thefitinbedstuy.com to request access.

Not for the faint of heart. The Pilates chair is going to challenge everything you thought you knew about your body. It is a true test of strength, balance, mental focus…and courage.

This is an advanced class and requires 30 Pilates Reformed or 15 Chair: Fundamentals classes & studio approval. Not recommended for those with knee or back injuries. You can email info@thefitinbedstuy.com to request access.

STRETCH & RELEASE

Located in our Beats & Barres studio.

If you're looking to mobilize tight joints, release tight muscles, and reduce the stress that we tend to hold in our bodies, then you're in the right place.

In this class, we guide you through various stretches that will help you feel more relaxed and rejuvenated. We incorporate things like foam rollers and straps that can help you deepen your stretches and increase your flexibility.

Strength & Length

STRENGTH & LENGTH

Located in our Beats & Barres studio.

For those who are looking to recover and rejuvenate the muscles that have been overworked, neglected or are generally exhausted. This class will be a combination of deeper fascial stretches, joint mobilization, some traditional Pilates mat exercises and breathwork techniques to integrate all of the work we do in and outside of class. Open to all levels and bodies!

This advanced class focuses on kettlebell technique for building up your strength both physically and mentally. Using safe functional movement patterns, you'll be able to challenge your and muscles and mind, and you'll leave this class ready to conquer the world.
